Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing — just WhatsApp us immediately with your order ID. Once the order is packed and dispatched (usually within 24 hours), we're unable to make changes. Act fast!

Do I need to create an account to order?

No account needed! You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track all orders in one place, save addresses, and get early access to deals. It takes 30 seconds and is completely free.

Is there a minimum order value?

How long does delivery take?

We deliver in 3–8 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad) typically receive orders in 3–4 days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities take 5–8 days. You'll get a live tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a WhatsApp message + SMS with a live tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page, enter your order ID, and see real-time status. Never left in the dark.

Do you deliver to my city / pin code?

What is your return policy?

We have a no-return policy — but before you worry, hear us out. We've designed our store so you only buy what you're sure about: detailed product descriptions, real reviews, demo images, and COD so you can check before paying. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it at zero cost within 48 hours. No questions asked.

What if I receive a damaged product?
